911 recordings show this wasn’t the case. They tried to talk to him more than once to say what they were doing and stated they called the police.

He chose to run up on a guy and hit him several times and tried to steal his gun making the situation life or death. Before that you could’ve argued the guys looked dumb but there’s no excusing that escalation in force

Tried to talk to him? WTF are you talking about?

For one, they SAID they tried to talk to him, yet their own statement says they saw him jogging and THEN went after him. Second, they grabbed their guns and went after him. Third, even on the video they are shouting at him. So in your f'ed up reality, driving after a guy, cutting him off, waving guns and yelling at him is "trying to talk to him".

And HE chose to get out of the car and went towards the guy. You keep leaving this out. A guy who had been chasing a guy in a truck who gets out of the vehicle with a gun walking towards a guy can been seen as a threat reasonably by anyone with working brain.

Actually if it's a murder charge I think it's hung at best. This is a manslaughter case.

While I'm skeptical he was just a guy out for a jog his past and the fact he may be responsible for burglaries in the area do not allow citizens to chase you around neighborhoods with guns. This isn't the wild west.
