There are some that will come after you if they believe you were stealing and I'm not sure why that is hard to believe and also why it has to be some racial thing? I hate thieves as well but once they are off my property I'm not going after them.

People get upset at much less than stealing yet I don't see them roundly stereotyped. Security guard got killed at Family Dollar for asking a lady's daughter to put a mask on while shopping, they exchanged words, she left and told her husband and he came back and shot the security guard in the head.

Guess that guys life didn't matter to LeBron and all the other SJW's.

I understand that not all crimes which involve violence from one race onto the other aren't necessarily racially motivated. I don't understand why a select few insist on denying the possibility.

I am open to crimes being racially motivated and have seen some from many different races, but they are rarely that and are much more likely to involve money, drugs, revenge, or domestic situations

i don't agree with the comparison of these two cases at all, but i hope you don't believe this "They put themselves in a bad situation".

They didn't do anything to put themselves in a bad situation other than merely being outside a friend's apartment at night in East Knoxville.

My understanding of why they were where they were was to buy drugs. If I am incorrect, please accept my apologies and my apologies to the kids. My statements outside of this mistake still stand. The cases are not comparable.

He had been shot in the back of the head, neck, and back, and his body had been set on fire. According to the testimony of the Knox County Acting Medical Examiner at the trial of Eric Boyd, Newsom was sodomized with an object and raped by a person. Police believe these actions took place at the house and his body was later wrapped and abandoned.

The medical examiner said that Christian died after hours of torture, sustaining traumatic brain injuries and suffering injuries to her vagina, anus, and mouth due to repeated sexual assault. Before killing her, in an effort to remove DNA evidence, her attackers poured bleach down her throat and scrubbed her body with it. She was bound with curtains and strips of bedding, with her face covered with a trash bag and her body stashed in five large trash bags. These were placed inside a residential waste disposal unit and covered with sheets and garbage from Wendy's. The medical examiner said there was evidence that Christian slowly suffocated to death.

That was a false statement put out by the "minority" community to make excuses to what happened to them and to minimize the gang involvement. (much like the typical media narratives of hands up don't shoot, etc)

What really happened is they went to a friend's apartment in East Knoxville and were leaving to go get some cokes/beer and as they were standing outside their car in the parking lot, the suspects pulled up in a vehicle and pulled guns on them and threatened to kill them if they didnt get in the car. I agree. And Ill go as far as saying this was probably not racially motivated, very good chance they pursue this guy even if he was white. But does his race change the situation in their minds, at all? Who knows, but no one can honestly tell me absolutely not.

This is taking the he's completely innocent of everything side and that's OK. He may have been guilty of what the Billy Bob's (yes, done purposefully) claim. It doesn't excuse their actions at all.

Manslaughter is a conviction. Only way a murder charge occurs is if their attempt to detain isnt covered under the citizens arrest statute. Then you have kidnapping which is a felony and results in Murder 1 as the charge.

no apology needed brother, i was just letting you know what happened, i don't blame you for the misinformation that had been put out there by the defense team and the East Knox apologist crew. It just made me angry at the time, because I 100% knew the facts of the investigation and continued to see the lies by the media for a narrative save.

This was from a post i just saw on FB. This is how ridiculous these narratives are,
95% of these cases involve CLEAR CRIMINAL ACTIVITY by the suspect resulting in their death and some even killed THEMSELVES. and they are portrayed as "walking from the corner store (Mike Brown)" and "can't get a normal traffic ticket (Sandra Bland)" or "can't play cops and robbers (Tamir Rice)"

This is why the media narrative and lies in these cases are so important to discuss

What I am challenging is this Arbery situation of being "hunted down" by 2 white males as being normal for black people and how this is something they face every time they leave their house. That is a patently false statement and statistics back that up.

With that being said, I'm not all trying to dismiss what happened here. He was murdered by 2 idiots who deserve the death penalty. I am simply upset at the narrative that this is anything beyond a tragic tragic death that didn't have to happen.....much the same with Christian and Newsome and alot more deaths that go unnoticed as well.
