Are that obtuse or just completely ignorant of the law. You don’t have to have a house with a person in it to be burglary. That’s aggravated burglary when that happens. Lol you’re avoiding the question because you KNOW you would be upset and/or scared and would not accept “I’m just checking out your house” as an answer. So he tried to enter an occupied house? When did this happen?
Keep typing words.
I’m asking YOU what your feelings would be because it shows your line of “it’s just coming onto property no big deal” only matters when it’s not YOUR property. You 100% would think it’s wrong in that scenario and that’s why you won’t answer the question. Its shoots your own fallacy downI thought you said feelings weren't part of it. Let me go find the post, hold on.
Quote me where I posted that. I'll wait.I’m asking YOU what your feelings would be because it shows your line of “it’s just coming onto property no big deal” only matters when it’s not YOUR property. lol nope executive manager and retired 22 yrs in LE.Quote me where I posted that. I'll wait.
You talk more like a Walden Security type. Is that your gig?
I came from a small town in Tennessee and my dad was a real estate broker/developer. I worked for him as an affiliate broker for a short time and it was common for people to go look inside unfinished houses like that.I was raised never to go on other people’s property especially in their house without permission. Were you raised differently?
Whether or not it is a crime is determined by the circumstances and the laws in place. You'd know that if you were really in law enforcement.lol nope executive manager and retired 22 yrs in LE.
So again, just for clarification do you think it’s wrong and a crime to go onto others property or do you think it’s not a big deal? It shouldn’t be hard to answer at all
Ok I never claimed to be perfect but I’ve never had any serious complaint issues or screwed up cases and was fair as an officer. Arrested several felons on the toughest beat in the city. Now I’ve been a manager in the largest and best hospital in the region and have had success there too.To be fair, that doesn't mean you were any good at either. I know people that have been doing the same jobs go over 25 years and they suck at it.
You must have competed in gymnastics with that twisting to avoid giving a yes or no answer. You don’t even understand the basic elements of burglary because you thought a house had to be occupied. the truth is in the scenario I laid out you would call the police which you should do because it is a crime and it’s wrong.Whether or not it is a crime is determined by the circumstances and the laws in place. You'd know that if you were really in law enforcement.
And I don't believe you are, or were.
I don't care to know. I don't have any respect for the way you choose to "discuss" things, and I don't care for you as a poster. As for my career, I don’t have to prove my history to a message board poster but if you’d like to know I worked beat 57 which covers Magnolia/walter P-Rutledge pike-Asheville Hwy-Straw Plains and I-40/I640
I will just sit back to watch the Facebook type crowd do their thing and post just like the other two cases
Well you are the one who keeps coming back to discuss after saying you didn’t want to like 10 pages ago. And no offense, I don’t need respect from you. That’s not being hateful, I respect posters who have an intellectual discussion (even if we disagree) about actual topics, not the Facebook type discussions about what I ate for lunch or what dress someone looks good with.I don't care to know. I don't have any respect for the way you choose to "discuss" things, and I don't care for you as a poster. Talk to somebody else.
What I am saying is the dismissal of the the entirety of circumstances and legal discussion because “dur when I wiz a kid I used to go inside others houses” and “he wuz just jogging” is a rather shallow way of thinking
I wasn’t talking about your post. Quit being defensive. And I wasn’t defending them. Try againIs that how it came across to you? Like I was a dumb redneck, like your boys that killed Arbery?
My only point was you making such a big deal about it. Youre actually defending them chasing him down and killing him over going into an unfinished house. Video of him looking around and not stealing anything. F it, kill the mfer. Yes, that's it it comes across to me.
To everyone wondering why this case is such a big deal, its not to me, I'm just fascinated by Ricky and his defending these two asswipes to the point he is.
