LOL.....How exactly could you be editor of the Harvard Review witout going to Harvard? You can't. YOu also can't be editor of the Harvard Review with average grades. The dumb just get dumber in this forum

1. There is no such legal journal as the "Harvard Review."

2. Membership on the Harvard Law Review is based entirely upon a written competition.

*sigh*

From the article you linked to:

Wonder if Plotkin has actually talked with Allee??

Her friend who visited her in the hospital (where she has since had an operation on her leg) quoted her as saying they were wearing Palin pins and that is why they were attacked.

It doesn't matter whether they were wearing any kind of pins or not.

As per usual you obfuscate and attempt to split hairs while overlooking whatever the issue is completely.

The issue here is that they were brutally attacked by leftist thugs and that is absolutely reprehensible.

Not anything new for your faction who consistently tries to portray conservatives as violent.

Apr 12, molotov cocktail thrown at house of spokesman of R Arizona governor.

As a matter of fact leftists have a century long history of unprovoked violence in American politics.

didn't say that either, but apparently you are still trying to put words in my mouth.

BTW, I like my "paper pushing job". No stress. After a heart attack and triple bypass five years ago, a change was needed. And since annual income isn't that important, taking a cut in pay was no big deal. Now that I've experienced it first hand, I can say for a fact that working in the academic arena is not like the "real world" and I have probably added a good 10 years to my life with the change in my work environment.

Whatever. We are still talking about the same thing. Seems like you enjoy following me around and finding something in my post that might not be 100% correct. You knew what I was talking about.

I am sorry if you think that. I don't remember responding to your other posts, but if I did it wasn't my intention to call you out. And I understand my response to you in this thread was abrasive. I shouldn't have let your attempt to call out the posters in this forum under my skin.

My father-in-law was born in the US, as were both of his parents. He's 100% percent German. When he visited Germany, he referred to it as "the home country".

This is nothing but pedantry and wharrgarbling.

But do politicians in Germany and accross Europe claim your father-in-law was born in Germany as high ranking members of the Kenyan government and other coutries all accross Africa claim about Obama???

LG at one time could make a point without using inane hyperbole.

Therefore, it's Bush's fault the volcano erupted in Iceland.

The US Supreme Court knows what the constitutional condition of “natural born citizen” means. Even the most far left member of that court, Justice Ginsberg, is on record proclaiming that a “natural born citizen” is a birth child of TWO legal US citizens.

Not true. You only need one parent to be a legal US citizen, in order for you to be a natural US citizen. The requirement for being born on US soil is a separate requirement for being President outside of being a born US citizen, and certainly doesn't have any bearing on whether you would be a "natural born US citizen" or not otherwise.

Current U.S. statutes define various categories of individuals born overseas as "citizens at birth," including (for example) all persons "born outside of the United States and its outlying possessions of parents both of whom are citizens of the United States and one of whom has had a residence in the United States or one of its outlying possessions, prior to the birth of such person."[

according to wikipedia :)

I don't care where he was born, I'm just looking forward to his retirement from public office.

If obama was born in Kenya as the Kenyans (and many others) claim, he was a British subject and not an American citizen, when he was in Indonesia that country did not permit dual citizenship so he would have had to renounce American citizenship (or most likely his parents on his behalf) and there is no record of his ever reapplying for American citizenship.

Not only is he possibly an imposter as to being natural born, he may not even be an American citizen at all.

This is the first American president in all our history to decide to hide every last scrap of record about himself.

Hmm....I posted a thread about the Arizona story but it seems to have been deleted. Am I not allowed to use the word "retard"?

That was a quote from Ruth Bader-Ginsberg the ACLU penultimate liberal on the supreme court.

Only when referring to yourself, in chich case that would be more than appropriate.
