They could have written it up in a way that Sabre bought the company and David Wallace was retained as head of their paper division.

I like Kathy Bates, she's a great actress but I didn't like this role on the Office.

The great thing about David Wallace is that they guy that plays him is a real businessman and only a part time actor.

I was about to post the same thing. He does a pretty good job for someone who isn't "really" an actor. Granted he's playing a businessman but the episode where Michael went to his house after he was laid off I thought he was hilarious.

Just rewatched the episode where Dunder Mifflin buys out Michael Scott Paper Company. I love the few episodes where Michael is brilliant.
