No I mean I just think it’s interesting how the party that has traditionally identified as the more tolerant, accepting and open-minded of the two has transitioned into bullying and shaming anyone with opinions different from their own.

Personally, I’m a moderate who’s fiscally conservative but socially liberal. Lately, however, I find myself aligning more and more with the Republican Party but it has less to do with the right and more to do with the left.

I guess what I am saying is that the Democrats are turning me into a Republican more than the Republicans are turning me into a Republican. The modern liberal agenda went from tolerance and acceptance to close-mindedness and hostility.

What do you guys think?

It sounds like you’re susceptible to propaganda is all I am hearing. (Assuming this isn’t a giant troll)

Like, the example you gave is obviously biased (MAGA stamps in the description) and the primary example it uses is a liberal correspondent that is on Fox News. An obviously Right wing news channel intentionally hires liberal correspondents that are babbling fools that poorly represent democrats.

The opposite Is true for CNN. They use dumb conservatives.

The extremes of both parties are absolute lunatics.

Point is, if you are half as smart as you act like you are, you already know this and that’s why this has to be an obvious troll, and why this conversation should be deleted by a mod.

The real TROLL job is fostered by those who are actually in control of everything that goes on in this country. Power = Money. They relish in the diversion of chaos among the masses. why do you think 60% of the populace doesn't bother voting. We figured it out a long time ago. Slaves to debt, fear and SHAME. Brainwashed from birth to believe that guns, bombs, tanks warplanes and bullets are more important than taking care of our people. And it will never change. I lean Right/Republican while equity markets keep hitting higher levels. I try to side with the Liberal/Leftists/Dems when the government interferes with individual liberties. BUT... those LLDs want bigger government, more laws and regulations, and theft by tax/wealth redistribution... their platform is convoluted. The LLDs are just too inconsistent and bat s*** crazy IMO.

Refer to Calban's post on who the bat **** crazy people are. We spend way over the amount that needs to be spent on defense and a smidgen of the defense budget goes to what it should be going too, and that's taking care of our troops.

I'm cool with automation in the military to keep the troops as safe as possible. I'm not cool with an oppressive government controlling where and what the drones attack. The Republicans are responsible for putting in the Patriot Act. The Democrats are responsible for turning it into a tool of stealing freedom from the citizens.
