I said his K/Plate appearances ratio. 27.5% is considered awful, Lawson is 26.9%; so he’s borderline awful. And he does not have more walks than K’s. He has 46K’s to 29BB’s.

The problem with many of these folks who don’t know baseball jumping on board with this team is great is that they don’t understand how often you’re supposed to lose in baseball…even great teams. So since this is their only frame of reference, they think a regular season loss in baseball is more consequential than it is. Because this team so rarely loses.

While I agree, tonight is pretty frustrating because we should have put them away early.

We lost tonight and my son had 2 errors that might have sealed the deal. He was crying when we walked off the field. I said, honey, this is baseball. You gotta put it behind you and come back for more. You’ve won way more for your team then you’ll ever lose, but you will lose.
