Kirby has the best stache in baseball. And he is one hell of young man. Preacherman raised him right and I am proud of all of our guys accomplishments thus far. This team is special, our fans have something great to cheer for and Kirby is a big part of this team. For the gripes and complaints that have came and gone throughout the season, I say enjoy it.

Secondly, Kirby Connell is a key reliever who has pitched 30.2 innings this year and maintains a 3-0 record and 1.17 ERA. Despite his impressive stats he is also known for being a Vol fan favorite for his spirit and community service, as evidenced by his selection to the SEC Community Service Team this year. As previously noted, he is the son of preacherman20, who is a contributor to this board whose perspective is greatly appreciated by baseVol fans.
