I can't remember the last time that Tennessee looked this "complete."

Probably first SEC game vs Mizzou last season. It’s November and it’s ETSU. Some exciting pieces this year. I like the change in offensive philosophy. But let’s see what happens vs Nova. Should be very revealing game

CBB refs usually suck, so i feel like these guys deserve some credit. Theyre doing a good job of not calling ticky tack stuff and letting the teams play.

Referees have a tough job. Seems like the last few years travelling is called less and less in the college game.

And there are a few knuckleheads like Valentine

Starting to think BHH won’t crack the starting lineup this year

Referees have a tough job. Seems like the last few years travelling is called less and less in the college game.

I get they have a tough job, but some of the stuff they call is just dumb. Ive always thought unless its just absurdly egregious let it go. The traveling thing comes from the NBA imo, they are very lenient on what a gather is

Vescovi is just not that consistently good. Still afraid to finish inside and instantly looks to pass back outside. Has missed about 25 shots today... Powell is so far being underutilized and should IMO straight up replace Vescovi at this point. Lots of potential on our team, it's going to be fun to watch how these guys gel and what we can do against all the big boys Barnes has scheduled... pretty crazy out of conference match ups if you really look... unfortunately we will take some L's on those because they are early in the season and if we catch them in the tourney I think will be a different outcome.

Selfishly hope he’s back next season. We’ll be losing Fulky & having BHH and Aidoo for another year together will be big.

Also means that BHH will be a 2 year player.

He could easily come back next year and improve his draft stock.

Mashack looked great in just around 3 minutes. It’s almost embarrassing that we’re so deep and he’s behind about 10 other players right now. He’d be a starter on a lot of NCAAT teams.

It hasn't been that long ago that travelling was called in an extremely strict manner in college. You're right that the college refs are more influenced by the NBA game, or more likely, directed to be less strict.
