I think special teams and kicking went well today. This defense isn't nearly good enough to beat a good or very good SEC team. We'll find out next week right?

I think we are better than Vandy and Ark and we saw what they were able to do today.
Our defense if more than capable of beating anyone on our schedule.

We're barely a mid pack team in the SEC East. Vos are 4th out of 7 in the SEC East, which is pretty nice, but not good and not going anywhere with a qb that panics under pressure and vols defense will crumble against the teams above them, Milton doesn't run or throw particularly well. He's good at handing the ball off today. I honestly thought Milton played better a few weeks ago.

Our place in the SEC east is completely irrelevant at this point in the season. Good grief you are a miserable person

Seriously… it’s embarrassing but but but what about Alabama n Georgia ?? Who cares about them one week at a time , it doesn’t matter how you win it matters if you win. We’re not running the ball on Georgia and they’re coached well so they’ll make Milton win. Our passing game won’t be able to score and unless the defense plays lights out, we lose by at least 14-17. Trench play will be the difference and Georgia will show up in the big game like they always do.

Maybe you're right, but today is the first game where I saw Milton look like he was panicking. I thought up until this game people weren't being patient enough with him (milton). Today, I feel like I saw someone who regressed.

IDK why, but he handed the ball off a lot today. Maybe the most so far this year. I guess... we should credit Texas?

Real sloppy game, for both teams and the refs. Missed calls for both teams. Bad plays by both teams. Questionable coaching decisions by both teams. 115 penalty yards for the Vols.

It was great seeing us gut out a tough win today. I was worried that the CJH era was going to be feast or famine. That we were either going to blow teams out or we would lose. This game reminded me of a lot of Fulmer era wins where we grinded out a tough close game but came out on top.
