yea, god forbid someone receives training before being able to walk around armed

The way it was explained to us was TN centralized and digitized every thing in Nashville. Initially that caused some delays during the transition, but supposedly every thing settled in and its still a bit slow (2-6 weeks), but better than it used to be. I know when my best friend got his a few years back it was a 2-3+ month wait.

The lady at the Driver's License office in Clinton told us its still slow because everything (driver's, CCPs, IDs, etc) now goes through one single system now...but who knows, she was rather whiny about everything.

Short version: Its the government, therefore its inefficient.

Alabama just requires you show up with $7.50 ($10.00 if you want it laminated) and fill out a form. They do a BG check and boom you can carry.

I have one but don't carry. Before I do carry I'll take a legal seminar on carry and a carry course.

Not bad, mine was 50 rounds
20 at 3 yards
20 at 5 yards
10 at 15 yards
Really easy, didnt really tell us what % we had to get but he looked at mine and put 100 lol

30 shots with my Walther PPQ off hand (no rest) from 7 yards. Had a couple get away from me but the trigger on this really helps my shooting. Not the tightest group but I felt pretty good about it and the ranger officer gave me some kudos. (not sure why the photo came out sideways)

Pro-Am shoot for the Green Beret Foundation. As the Wounded Warrior Project won't sanction anything firearms related, this was a huge missed opportunity to raise money and awareness.

I went and shot today and when I missed I was missing down and to the left, anyone got an idea of what I'm doing wrong and how to correct it?
