Is that a new Saber line? For a PSA in house trigger (and not a Geissele), it’s just as smooh as my SSA-E triggers.

Honestly outside of the trigger (duty vs. competition) the SA is as nice as the Dan Wesson Valor I had was.Lucky you. I am the proud owner of three S/A .45's: A Range Officer; Range Officer compact; and a Loaded. Just sent the Loaded back home for new night sights.
On any given day, I'm an average shot. Those guns make me look better than I really am, and they are 100% reliable. Although my EDC is a Glock 30S, primarily due to the weight, magazine capacity, and the fact that I can (and do) carry a G21 mag as a reload, I carry the Range Office compact, both IWB and OWB, when I'm "on point", e.g. - church security. Cocked and locked, the 1911 .45 is fast and accurate to the first shot. And that first shot counts.
Congratulations. You find another one, holler at me.
Go Vols.
My first gun was the full-size XD 45. I carried the XD-S (Gen 1) for a good bit.A good friend has offered up his SA XD-S .45 Mod 2 for a really good price. He knows of my affection for all things .45, and he has his eye on the OSP with the CT red dot. I'm not all that big (pronounced "dinosaur") on HD/SD pistols with gadgets.
I trust him; I've read a host of reviews; it comes with extra mags; he takes great care of his arsenal; he is the same guy who works on my AR's and .45's...etc. In other words, I can trust the deal.
Just wondered if any of y'all have any experience with this platform. This will most likely replace the G30S as my IWB gun. With advancing age and outline, I've had to move the Springfield RO compact to an OWB holster. It is what it is.
I'll probably keep the G30S, since I have a very difficult time parting with any gun I like, and I really like that baby Glock.
Thanks in advance for any advice.
