Summer CCW and something the wifey can shoot/home protection: Sig P238, S&W Bodyguard 380, or other? I like the idea of a laser for her or even night use if ever needed. I want a very small pistol, but I do not like the feel of the Ruger LCP.
p238 is nice but is single action only and it's to be carried cocked and locked. Need to train on that.
How small does it need to be? My dad has an LCP and an LC380; the former is a pain to shoot but he really likes the latter.
There's the new Glock 42 as well but have read some reviews about some problems going into battery.

.....having a problem with a bull barrel bipod mounting system. Their is no system is the problem. You have to mix and match parts you can find a picanny or a 1913 picanny rail for the barrel in the correct mm or ." but finding a bi pod that is not weaver or one that is "universal" is mind numing.
I"m heading out to the Expo Center in k-town for the Gun show. I'll give it a shot there.
I was hoping for a little advise from someone who may have had this problem before and what solution they came up with.
I may just simply be missing something as simple as the correct terminology or a different way to come about at it. Any thoughts greatly appreciated.
Oh, the swivel bolt or pivot ball or stud replacement systems are not an option.
thanks
