The Official 2nd Amendment Appreciation Thread

A .380 fan I see. If you like those 2 you should look into a Sig p232. I've got one along with a Bersa Firestorm (Thunder)

Summer CCW and something the wifey can shoot/home protection: Sig P238, S&W Bodyguard 380, or other? I like the idea of a laser for her or even night use if ever needed. I want a very small pistol, but I do not like the feel of the Ruger LCP.

p238 is nice but is single action only and it's to be carried cocked and locked. Need to train on that.

How small does it need to be? My dad has an LCP and an LC380; the former is a pain to shoot but he really likes the latter.

There's the new Glock 42 as well but have read some reviews about some problems going into battery.

Had not seen the LC380, looks like it is worth a test.

I have been hesitant about the 42's mixed reviews with some reports of FTE/FTF. Some love it, though. I really like my 23.

Kahr P9

Or smaller with the PM9

SDV,

You should be good in AZ. It's the most gym friendly state I'm the union. They recognize TN permits. Heck AZ is a constitutional carry state. You don't even need a permit to conceal carry.

Do you have a handgun for each season? Does one work better than the other in certain temperatures? :)

For summer carry I use one of these - very refreshing

Fits in a pocket but prints some if the cap isn't on tight

My new additions to the stable. On the left is a Sig-Sauer 1911 Tac-Ops and on the right is a Sig-Sauer 1911-22. Caught the Easter Sale from Palmetto that basically ended up getting me the .22 for free. Or close enough.

.....having a problem with a bull barrel bipod mounting system. Their is no system is the problem. You have to mix and match parts you can find a picanny or a 1913 picanny rail for the barrel in the correct mm or ." but finding a bi pod that is not weaver or one that is "universal" is mind numing.

I"m heading out to the Expo Center in k-town for the Gun show. I'll give it a shot there.

I was hoping for a little advise from someone who may have had this problem before and what solution they came up with.

I may just simply be missing something as simple as the correct terminology or a different way to come about at it. Any thoughts greatly appreciated.

Oh, the swivel bolt or pivot ball or stud replacement systems are not an option.

thanks

looks like both may be an enhanced factory version just looking at the triggers.

I'd love to help, but I'm not specifically sure of the problem or specifically what you want to be done. You have an AR, correct? With a bull barrel?

Pictures if possible would help as well.
