The Official 2nd Amendment Appreciation Thread

I go back and forth with Tul-ammo. I'll run it all day in the AK (but...its an AK) but I'm still shaky on their 9mm, .223, etc.

I got the notification this morning that "we made a mistake and can't afford it. Here's your refund."

Meh, it was worth a shot. I've had that happen with a PMR twice now (not that they priced wrong and couldn't afford it, but that even though I 'ordered' it within 1 minute of them posting it, it had already sold and there was no way they could ever expect to get another one in.

$60 for a 500 pack makes for a cheap range day.

Obviously not saying that about .22 though...bastages.

Well, I had to mail my Walther PPKS .22lr back to Walther today. I bought it new in March and today was my first time shooting it. I shot 58 rounds through it and on the 58th, the casing got stuck in the barrel and I didn't realize it until #59 didn't fire. I then dropped the mag and used a cleaning rod to push that casing out, only to find that the safety switch was broken and wouldn't stay in either position. Just went kinda limp and sat between the two positions. Would move freely with no leverage going either way (F or S).

Pretty bummed about it. Any other PPKS owners experienced this?

Just picked up a Springfield Professional today, it's my new carry gun. Excited to get to the range, the fit and finish is excellent.
