Today was expected. The committee was never going to give us the 1 seed anyway. No one got hurt. Team gets a loss out of its system and might use it as motivation. Win a game or two in the SECT and give the big dance your best shot. This one doesn't really mean all that much. Again, it really was expected.

It was expected? To who? You expected us to play this badly most of the game at home against our biggest rival?

Kentucky is better today.

Yes they were. We will face them again. We could not capitalize because of the circumstances. Ky played great. I thought we were going to get them into deep found trouble in the second half. Didn't turn out that way.

We needed a loss or two before the tournament to get to the final 4 the only win streak that is a must is the final 6 games.

I know and have accepted that officiating works both ways, but it is interesting how one end of the court is called one way than the other end and change the officials and it sometimes balances it out.

Officiating, Seeding and Location are the main elements of a tournament run. Proud of this team and I am sure they hate to lose as much as we do.

Take this loss and move on to the next game. It makes no difference what happen today. The next game is what matters. 10 game win streak to close out the season.
