He's playing terrible. Greenburg correctly noted Alexander playing bad means we aren't going to the FF. If he does, we can. It made prefect sense.

The Ky game is starting and they look alive and ready. We looked asleep and not prepared. We need to get ready for Saturday. PLEASE Vols!!

Kyle’s play has changed. Right now he is playing uninspired basketball. He had 3 pt, 3 r, 1b, and 1f. We don’t have the team like Duke, were we have players so talented that we can get nothing from the others. For us to be successful in the tournament, we need everyone to be playing at their best.

He’s barely a role player out there. Our recent struggles have little to do w him. And considering how he’s involved in his plan, even if he is playing poorly, it’s absurd to say our ceiling is now lower because of a couple games

Hungover, dead legs, and we looked absolutely out of it but still win by double digits. Saturday still sucks and I'm not personally over it and neither was this team tonight but if you think this team has issues you are absolutely right. However, we are 24-2 and we know how to win. If this was the trap game to lose for the rest of the season this was it and we won. Ugly but still a win is a win. Go vols!

He's a starter. He'd better be more than a "barely" a role player.

Yeah I tend to feel we’re a team that’s gonna live and die off our guard play and whether they can facilitate to grant and admiral to create post opportunities.

I’m not saying in any one game he doesn’t make a difference. But in 2 games Greenberg goes from lauding the Vols and a championship contender to outside the final 4. It’s stupid. Jay Williams is right. Teams struggle. And if anything adversity in Feb tends to benefit teams in March. It’s stupid to say that 2 games - a small sample - is somehow trajectory altering. Unless Kyle got hurt tonight, it’s dumb

Not seeing a solution to Alexander's woes on our roster. Nothing but projects behind him. Hate to be the guy who questions Barnes recruiting given his success, but I guess I am that guy right now. Might be time to rest up and then go small ball from here on out. Hope the outside shots are falling and we don't draw a team like LSU or UK with tremendous length. Play to your strengths. They say guard play wins the day in tournament play. Well, we have some weapons on the perimeter plus Admiral. When Alexander is on the floor, it's literally 5 on 4. At some point, you just have to move on and quit banging your head against the wall.

Really strange since Alexander is playing for $'s. Earlier this season he was being talked about as a possible draft pick and now looks like he couldn't even play in Europe. He almost looks like he doesn't care and if that's the case, we'll exit the tourney the first weekend.

Jesus, he didn't say Tennessee is outside the FF now. He said they won't make it if Alexander doesn't step up. As he said "You can't play 4 on 5".
