Thanks for the feed, Freak. Otherwise, some of us couldn't see it. It lasted until inside the last minute. But not before I got to see Knecht connect repeatedly. Inside, outside, drives, layups, jumpers, this guy has it all.

And he can handle the ball and attack the rim. He could probably fly the plane back to Knoxville if necessary.

Wisconsin is a good team. A little raw and a little stuck in doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. But they are solid and should be a tourney team.

Nice win and should pay dividends down the road.

What’s going to hurt them the most is that they aren’t the most impressive group athletically speaking. They have some skilled guys and some toughness, but their lack of athleticism will hold them back. Still, a very solid team and a very good win for the good guys.

Agreed. I think they will do fine in the B1G, a lot of their teams are built the same way and Wisconsin bigs will stack up against most everyone save maybe Michigan.

Barnes forcing Awaka to go at their big was smart coaching. Made Crowl work hard on both ends until a fresh Aidoo was back in, basically took him out of the game to end it.

Them corn fed boys were ready for the late rounds, if the zebras didn’t keep it close they were about to fade bad.

My ears rang for days after the Zona game 2 years ago and it go so loud in there my son cried out of “fear”. Don’t undersell TBA when you get the right mix of fans in there.

I love our fans and TBA is great. But these fans were not only raucous--they understand basketball.
