Enjoy the game, hopefully they will get the sweep for ya.
Crawford has his batting average up to .245, he has been on fire as of late.
After this we got a 6 game homestand against Oakland/Chicago, gotta like the chances of rolling on the way to our roadtrip that starts a Yankee Stadium.
When Iglesias is ready it's his job, however until then you stick with Jed. Not sure if trading him is what's best for Boston. I would try and keep him.
Is there a bigger waste of space and money than Drew? You gotta think his run here is coming to an end, Reddick and Kalish are both promising players for a fraction of the cost.
I stay with who is pitching well, either Wake or Acives. They have a lot of money invested in Lackey so you would expect him to return to the rotation over them.
I'm more worried about the pen, Jenks and Wheeler are gonna have to put in some work for this team, Lackey as well, the offense can't maintain this pace forever.

Well, I got screwed out of getting to watch the Becket - Verlander matchup tomorrow. Actually, the nation gets screwed out of it as well because ESPN has exclusive MLB airing rights tomorrow night when they pitch (and to my knowledge, it won't be that game). Becket and Verlander were going to pitch the 1:05 game that I'm going to tomorrow, but Buccholtz got pushed to that game, with Becket pitching the late game (7:05).
Still looking forward to the game...maybe I'll try to stick around for the late game as well....
Edit: Nevermind about that...wife informs me that sticking around for the nightcap is not an option tomorrow. Oh well..at least I get to see the Sox in game 1. Hopefully the bats stay alive for the Sox. I wonder how the double header will affect game 1 starters?
