The Official Braves Thread Of Volnation

Looks like John Thompson is over his blister and will be the starter tonight for the Braves. He will go against all-star Chris Carpenter for the Cards.

What a game last night!!! I had a blast...all the rain did was cool everything off.

Could somebody tell me where the out-of-town scoreboard is at Turner Field? Thanks. Never mind. I read that it is on top of the video board, which is in dead-center field.

You mean the scoreboard giving the other team's scores?

Its along the outfield wall I think isn't it?

Cincy lost again today. So did the Marlins. We will tie with them in the division if we rally again tonight.

I thought I read on the Braves' website that it's above the video board. Basically, I want to make sure that I buy a ticket for a seat where I can see the scores of other games.

Braves lost. Once again leaving a lot of runners on base.

8 Games back in the wild card but that's going to be difficult to gain much more ground quickly. There are about 4 teams at the top now.

Braves off to a great start. 5-0 in the bottom of the first.

It's always nice when you forget about the game being on . . . and you tune in and it's 5-0.

I wonder if that's the most they have scored in the first this season?

I am pumped to see if James can do it again tonight.

With Smoltz, the emergence of James and the re-emergence of Ramirez, suddenly the starting pitching looks like a strength especially if Tim Hudson can find the groove again.

I have no confidence at all in Hudson doing anything but losing.

Hudson has been very disappointing, i wouldnt count him out yet, when he has the slider and heater workin, hes hard to handle.

I am just bitter. He has just really aggravated me lately.

Trying to see if we can gain 1/2 game in the wildcard. The Reds are in the 13th up 1.

Wow, what a game! Brewers win in the bottom of the 13th 6-5.
