What am I missing? We’ve not found a crime. So we want to continue calling witnesses until we do?
Honestly, what’s the case for continuing this?
Why so many and such profoundly false statements specifically about dealings with Russia?
1. He was continually asked about Russia. If he'd have been asked about other international endeavors I bet there'd be plenty of lies
2. He lied about a lot; not sure Russia is the top category.
Since you found Cohen credible why don't you accept that he (the inner circle) never saw any collusion evidence from Trump or campaign? (opening statement).

Yes, there is need to question more people.
The president orchestrated hush payments in violation of campaign finance laws. Witnessed by CFO Weisselberg. Come on down Mr Weisselberg.
Defrauding his own charity for personal gain. Should easily be shown to have been paid for by the charity. Come on down soon to be named straw man. And SDNY already has the charity's financial records.
He deflated his personal wealth in order to evade taxes. I'm sure SDNY has or will soon have his financials on that front. So will the State of NY.
Trump's lawyers including Sekulow changed changed Cohen's prepared testimony. Come on down Jay and other Trump lawyers and see if they tell the same story.
I didn't get to see it all but the above are a few things that need to be looked at.
Leopold and Cormier have always said their sources were not Cohen. Cohen's testimony today was largely consistent with their story. Whether Trump speaking in a code to Cohen (which Cohen took to be a direction to lie) constitutes "directing" Cohen to lie to Congress seems to be the rub at this point.
Yes, he was not one of the colluders. Actually had little to do with the campaign other than his specialty of pornstar payoffs and campaign finance violations. It's not like he was connected with russians like Manafort, and Gates or had any clue what Roger Stone was doing. So Cohen who was part of the inner circle was completed excluded from all the collusion actions? That's what we have to believe?
Is Congress the finder of crimes?
Is Congress the forum to indict or charge for crimes?
Interesting that the key witness in all these potential crimes is about to go to prison and hence not available to be a witness in any trial of said potential crimes.
I have no doubt that Dems will run hearings about every one of these things for the next 2 years but none of these are punishable by Congress nor will lead to impeachment and conviction (removal from office). They will be entirely motivated by political objectives and that should be of concern to every citizen but it's all about winning so principles be damned.
As long as they keep discovering wrongdoings and the noose keeps tightening, they should keep digging.
