I still get pissed about a rain shortened Daytona 500. If there is one race on the circuit that should not be shortened, it's this race.

Matt Kenseth and Michael Waltrip had their Daytona 500's gift wrapped. Well, it's was Waltrip's second win. Dave Blaney, great guy I know, nearly had an asterisk written for the 2012 Daytona 500.

I was pulling so hard for them to call that race so Dave would win. Was I the only one who loved the Monday night, prime-time Daytona 500? I wish NASCAR would seriously considered moving it full-time, that was fun.

I like the idea of a prime time Daytona 500. Or a Daytona 500 that finishes under the lights.

why are they discussing the Rookie of the Year award. That award has already been decided. I bet they already have the trophy in the office.
