So, now all of a sudden it's Pearl's fault who isn't on the sideline or is it Martin's fault who is on the sideline?

At least one of those last few teams made an Elite 8 and every one made the NCAA tourney. This pathetic team will be lucky to get 4 wins in the SEC.

Dooley almost lost to UAB his first year. And he lost to UK, who was worse than a lot of mid-major teams.

We can argue over the pile that was left. I agree Dooley's was worse but not by all that much.

Still, Martin is doing himself no favors.

And please show me one post where I said that Bruce Pearl was any better, but he sure as hell wasn't any worse.

Holy ****! Did you EVER watch Pearl's teams? Every time someone went into a zone against him it was like the first time he had ever seen one.

They've always been this bad moron. My faith is not blind. He did great things at his previous school that were all him. Hell, his team almost beat us a couple years back. This team would be just as bad under Pearl. Deal with it.

Well the silent treatment Hart is giving everyone isn't going to last much longer. Dooley will maybe win 7 games next year. Martin can't beat anyone it seems. If the guy lets this crap go on much longer then maybe we screwed that hire up too.

What are you talking about? Football team has a favorable schedule, and a lot of young talent returning with some experience. Not to mention the class we're bringing in that will provide depth.

They didn't look too bad at the first of the season against Duke and Memphis... But I guess those teams aren't as good as COC and AP, what the hell was I thinking.

Or he could have recruited players based on their basketball skill no matter their star rankings...

Pearl's high-profile recruits who were even close to living up to their rankings were Chism, Harris and Hopson (debatable). The rest have been sub-par so far and most of the knocks on them out of high school were on basketball IQ but high athleticism. So far, I think that's exactly what we're getting...

All AD hires are basically just crap shoots or money dumps. We only remember the bad ones our AD's make and the good ones other schools make. Having said that, Hamilton did seem to be in way over his head once his job went beyond fund raising.
