How did it taste?

I will have to say the three loyal lsu fans behind me were a great conversation last night.
Had a well-known LSU fan ask my wife today for a signed Kirby ball. She said Kirby is her favorite college baseball player not wearing purple. She met kirby in Omaha and he signed something for her nephew
I communicate with a lot of Tiger fans daily. Most of them know baseball well and the banter is good natured and healthy.

Yeah that’s possible and if that was to
Happen then that would be something to build momentum on and be positive about going forward. But there wasn’t ever a time in the game that felt like we were in control, so how did we “gift them the game” or “give them the game”, it just doesn’t make sense to me.
Considering we could have easily gotten out of the 8th (twice) without giving up a single run, we gifted them 3 runs which in essence was the game.

I’m going to a crawfish boil after tomorrow’s game. Looking forward to it, it’s been a while.
Tip for eating crawfish.
1) Straighten out the tail
2) Push the tail into the body about two shell sections
3)Twist the tail off.
4) Pinch the end of the tail while pulling the meat out.

What do you all call them?

Crawfish, crayfish, and crawdads are the same animal. Which term you use may depend much on where you live. Louisianans most often say crawfish, whereas Northerners are more likely to say crayfish. People from the West Coast or Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Kansas often use the term crawdad. In the Mississippi Delta, they call them mud bugs.

Came up for the Lady Vols game in Aggieland tonight, so y’all hold the trolls away for me. I look forward to checking in later and seeing lots of “DOONNNNNNNG” alerts 🚨 and posts of how we whipped the hell of the tigers!

Your post made me realize that I have a work trip to UT Austin in a few weeks. I checked the schedule and they have a home baseball series against Oklahoma that weekend, maybe I should check it out!

Edit: and of course ticket prices are negligible, especially compared to attending a game at LNS.
