Sure but the chiefs have the best guy at the most important position in the entire nfl. Also Hill’s team is currently undefeated because of their talent at WR, despite having an average to below average offensive line

New ownership would just be seeking greener pastures. I think their is an escape clause in the new stadium contract, if the team was to be sold.

When Bud died, the NFL was really wanting the Addams family to sell the team. I think our local politicos wanted the new stadium more than the Oilers / Titans organization and the NFL did.
