It’s been downhill ever since AJ left, seems like it caused a snowball effect. No doubt a lot of this crap the last 2 seasons had to do with the front office. Oh well I guess, we have some really crappy ownership.

You're not getting a retread. You're gonna get a young first time head coach. Ran is about the analytics and it's going to be someone who embraces that. I'm happy about a full tear down. This franchise was stale AF.

Not anymore. Rookie GM Ran's first draft did very little to improve the team where it needed it most. Now it's his culture to shape, I guess. Based on Amy's statement and the alleged struggles with Vrabel, it would seem they will go with a Carthon yes man over anyone who has HC experience and/or a strong personality (i.e. Harbaugh).

To me he looked like one of the most miserable person on the planet....On the field and his press conferences. He just looked like he'd lost his best friend or his wife and dog had left him.

I get it. But I love a solid defensive coaches and Mike was that. I think Vrabel’s ceiling is HOF worthy… we will see. Ugh.

If they had kept Vrabel you'd probably be telling us how this just can't work because they're not aligned.

If they had fired RC you'd be telling us how "it would seem they will go with a Vrabel yes man over anyone who has GM experience and/or a strong personality"

I think what Vrabel did in his first few years was incredible. He got them to the playoff with duct tape and baling wire. Since then the front office has done squat to help him improve the team.

The tax payers are building a new stadium for the Titans and it really appears the ownership gives not single 💩 about winning.
