Yeah I agree. When she first took over, I did question her desire to win but I was wrong to doubt that. I think she definitely wants to have a consistently successful team; she just doesn't really know how to do it, and makes decisions based on what feels right in the moment.

Again though it's just a bad look on how committed Vrabel was. How many other times has a player gone back whole playing for another team? It doesn't happen in any league.

This was also mentioned in the Ran Carthon interview. While it may not be the reason, it has certainly been mentioned going forward that it will be in line with DEI expectations.

I look at this like Major League. I'm just wondering where she wants to move the team.....

Fighting with Ran, fighting tanking, trip to NE, wanting more roster control..... it's just one more thing in a long list of things that makes it look like Vrabel wasn't committed to a bigger vision with the Titans.

He's taken the Titans further than they would ever have gone given the roster actions and injuries the last 2 - 3 years. He's one year out of a GM firing that was WAY overdue. "Ms. Amy" is out of her league here and I believe Ran is also.

Didn't hear a ton out of KC but Reid is well coached so who knows.

But I've seen Washington players complain about offensive meetings, and just the other day there was a quote from an offensive lineman that said they wished they would've ran the ball more.

Name a firing that Amy has made that has been bad?

Again, Vrabel took someone else's roster and made it worse.

Until you do the right thing and give the Oilers name back to the city of Houston, I’m afraid the Titans are on the wrong side of history
