In seeing the recent info being leaked by the Titans I'm beginning to understand why Vrabel was let go the way he was. He felt he deserved/earned something. His boss and others in the front office looking at other trends in the NFL noted how badly this often works out.
And somehow the narrative here is that AAS is responsible for the friction...... To me this appears to be the best resolution to relationship that has become troubled. Vrabel was not, much like an interior D lineman this season sometimes it's better to move on for both parties involved.
One thing that I find troubling is how many people are pushing the silly narrative that the NFL forced a minority hire. That's just insulting, the league offers incentives to hire minorities, if you can find a good candidate that happens to be a minority you would be stupid not to take advantage.
