So because their top 15 ... yes 15 games over the history of the stadium > than our top attendance is the reason. Interesting is that all those records are for either an SEC school (one is Alabama- the others are Ole Miss, Miss St and LSU - 13 of the 15) or LA Tech.

Folks seem to make it more than it really is. I dare say those attendance records are due more to who they played. When you get past those, it is comparable. LNS sells has 5K when it is a big team as well.

Good point, and for most all of this season the weather at our home games was very crappy as well.

I’ve been out of pocket, so just now seeing the news. Expected. Unsurprising. I think the only truly frustrating thing is the weather conditions in Hattiesburg this weekend are abysmal. Rain all weekend while it’s sunny in Knoxville. Prepare ourselves for a lot of rain delays and sloppy weather, which this season has typically NOT been good for our team.

I imagine they hold them back and distribute them through the school or some other method. Player’s families not being “general public” and the tickets not actually “hitting the market”.
