I made up an excuse or two, and he told me that I’d have to square things away at the ticket office. I asked him if that was really necessary, and reminded him that I sat there on Fri and told him that Johnny Clemson Donor had told me that I’d be treated right (OK I name dropped like a dirt bag), but it worked. 😃👊👍🍊👊 He told the waitress to take care of us. A couple of innings later when it was obvious Tim wouldn’t relent, I told one of the Dad’s how to get those tix at a discount, so he and a bunch of kids joined us. It was a lot more fun after that! I bet he wouldn’t have run any Clemson fans off on Sun night! Lol.

You may have been one of the 2 who were sitting there by yourselves for a few innings. We were directly next to the two guys who got to stay (we were to their/your right). He told us we should’ve bought those tickets like those 2 gentlemen did.

Game 1 is going to be so important. USM’s pitching is solid, but Tanner Hall is a huge piece of that. The rest of their stable of arms is just “fine” if you get past Hall. Easier said than done, but if we can knock hall out of the game early and do some damage, the pitching matchup swings heavily in our favor the rest of the weekend. We really need to get off to a quick start and get into their bullpen and not let Hall go deep in this game.

Just run up his pitch count early and I think we are good.
