The NCAA doesn’t comment on much at all, so there is no reason to think anyone would ever know. But I do will give some on here credit- the weather was discussed on Monday, and the forecast was for the mid south and gulf coast to have a pattern of strong storms. This isn’t a surprise.

So…wouldn’t common sense say to at least consider moving the games up to Friday? Just no common sense.

I didn’t think weather would be a factor, but fair or not, organizations like the NCAAT have lost all common sense. Is it fair for these players to keep having delays and our guys having to go to the basketball arena? Is it fair for coaches to have to make decisions on pitcher’s arms after at least 2 delays? This is all stuff that still can be discussed. Essentially, the facility comparison was just that USM could sell 1500 more SRO tickets. Just nonsense.
