He doesn't have to be.

He's good enough to be serviceable which is all the Titans really need.

I wouldn't have used the 8th overall pick on him but the OL isn't a glaring weakness, Dareus was already gone, they took a DE last year and there aren't any LBs worthy of going that high.

I guess they could have gotten Amukamara.

They can still get a Daniel Thomas or Ryan Williams or Darren Evans later on in this draft to take some carries too.

RB is a whole lot easier to fill than QB is my point.
