The Official Thread of the 76th NFL Draft (2011)

Props to the Falcons for jumping from 27 to 6 to line up Julio Jones with Roddy White. It did cost them this and next year's one, this year's two and this and next year's four.

I like Titans' decision making.

Black Vince Young didn't work out, so why not try less talented white Vince Young?

Washington got picks 16 and 49 to allow Jacksonville to move up.

Houston will love JJ Watt's ability to balance the D line and let Mario Williams do his thing.

Locker will win over fans quickly. Only Minnesota is sad to see him land in Music City. Jake was the projected number one in 2010, but wanted to take his team to a bowl game and get his degree. I think he's the Titans week one starter.

if they're smart, they'll sit him.

That whole throw him into the fire thing doesn't really work all that well in this league (some do....most, gets messy)

Well...

The Titans actually have talent for starters. Not sure you can say the same about Washington.

VY always had talent around him.

??? Yeah, I'm sure Locker will be "throwing down" in strip clubs in no time.

UW had arguably the best WR corps in the comference. And he was throwing against Pac 10 pass defenses (there were 2 good pass defenses in the conference last year, and he didn't play against the best one). Please, look at his stats against Nebraska.
