it's about needs now, not values

with no free agency currently - and a very unknown set of rules as to how it will work or who will be eligible - I think the teams' views of pick values have been played down more than making sure they get either 1) who they really want or 2)what they really need....not so much where they'd like to improve, but what they don't have

There's a huge difference between Young and Locker that you fail to mention: Locker is a great teammate and person while VY is a POS.
