Huff’s words -I didn't see that in his op in our thread. That must have been added later.
I didn't read the article associated with the op. Was the school's bathroom policy for this kid ever mentioned?
It’s his whole “point” about the bathroom debate being about keeping kids safe.Seems like any other bathroom situation would have been safer for Nex.

Nex wasn’t safe in the girl’s bathroom - “any other bathroom would have been safer”.
Nex was forced into that bathroom - due to their biological genitalia.
His entire “point” about the safety of kids being the reason for the bathroom debate.I
Disagree any other bathroom situation would have been safer. I don't think that claim could be made with objectivity. We can make the statement that certain bathroom situations with a very specific set of parameters would be safer. Maybe I missed it but I don't recall him or anyone claiming next was forced into a particular bathroom. Again, I did not read the article so I don't know if that was already addressed.
That point is meritless based on what we currently know. His entire “point” about the safety of kids being the reason for the bathroom debate.
You people don’t want to let boys use the girl’s bathroom, because you claim to care about keeping girls safe (from boys in the girl’s bathroom).
Here’s a non-binary that wasn’t safe in the girl’s bathroom. Any other bathroom would have been safer - like the boy’s bathroom. But you people wouldn’t let them use it.
Did you read the story? Some important details were left out if you have.Well, the bathroom problem just got really real.
Looks like Nex was biologically born female (Dagny) and is non-binary. Sounds like they got beat up really bad by a few girls in a girl's bathroom at an Oklahoma high school, and died that night in their sleep. Death has been ruled "not from trauma" which is a hell of a coincidence.

Same here, I tend not to listen to what other children report, the family will usually embellish as well.BTW, I'm looking at all these reports with some skepticism...both of the story we're getting but also the coroner's report. Her head was getting smashed in the floor but they ruled "not from trauma." Maybe the attacks are exaggerated.
They don't even have the results from toxicology back but they're making public statements about the cause? Maybe they're trying to calm people down, IDK. I just know these death rulings can get really wacky. Like, two different examiners can determine two different causes and both have good reason.
Even if Nex took a bunch of pills to end their life, it's still a tragedy on that level.
Viva la Peppa Foreva!!You silly people. Pepper doesn't plan on ascending to the presidency via democratic elections. It will be a bloody coup where those who oppose him will be shot on Freak's front lawn. He will then be known es El Presidente Jax. The people will chant for him using his nickname. Viva Picante Viva La Revalucion!

Nex was non-binary, so either a gender neutral or girls restroomHuff’s words -

Follow millions of years of evolutionary biology? Nature seems to have figured it out for mammals. No not necessarily other. There could be single fixture bathrooms or bathrooms that male and female teachers have access to which should be safer for kids. I mean I don't want to rebuild schools and drain more money out of government funding but it would seem to me a simple solution would be possible given how many bathrooms are in a typical School
I don't know enough about mammalian sexuality and gender to affirm or refute your idea. But, we are also the only mammals that have advanced language, can create experiences twith art, have awareness there are things we don't know, learn what other people have learned through written word, created machines, etc.Follow millions of years of evolutionary biology? Nature seems to have figured it out for mammals.
There are what, some amphibians and plants (gingko trees for example) that can change sex? Other than the claim of some humans, I've no knowledge of any mammals and especially primates with the ability to "change" their gender.
Just picking @McDad on the general idea of some of this, not you.
