Well, I figured based on their stance wrt Transgender. Can’t be saying minor children shouldn’t be engaging in elective, life-altering surgery.

I likely disagree with them on their stances toward LGB, especially if they are advocating conversion therapy for gay young people.

They would appear to be a mixed bag.

Define "weirded and creeper out."

One does not have to "fear" something on a personal, internal level to find something weird or creepy. I daresay that there are quite a a few things that you, for instance, find weird and/or creepy...yet you likely don't get cold sweats or run cowering to hide behind the bed when encountering or contemplating all of those things.

A more descriptive term for the reaction would be pity.

And, yes... homosexuality is kind of sad in any day and age. The same is true for all kinds of aberrant behavior represented among slivers of the total human population.

Incest and cannibalism are far more "prevalent" in the natural world, even to the point of being quite common. I would add infanticide, but homo sapiens seem to have cornered the market in that realm.

As for people actually fearing the results of having "protected class" status along with its accompanying coercive effects upon the majority, it seems that many parents, business owners, and religious entities have very good reason to be alarmed by the "progressive" agenda that demands "inclusion" to the point that dissenting voices must obey or step aside in order to accommodate a tiny minority rather than find compromising alternatives.

Difference is, your "pity" is a choice, and a sad one at that.
