This organization issued guidance (before it rescinded it) stating that 16 year old children should be able to elect breast implants.

WPATH guidance recommended age minimums of 14 for hormone treatment, 15 for mastectomies, 16 for breast augmentation and 17 for genital surgeries.

If a 16 year old cisgender girl was distressed over her body image, was being bullied, and was threatening self harm - in what world would the “help” provided to her consist of offering her a boob job?
