Cheating to inflate your testosterone levels isn’t fair.

Being born with elevated levels isn’t cheating - it’s a rare genetic anomaly that affords her an advantage she didn’t ask for, or seek out.

She’s no more guilty than the guy born with genes to be 7’4” but run and jump like a gazelle. Jmo.

Eh, I disagree a bit. Intersex is someone in-between female and male. It's not what I'd call 'easy'. They're basically on the outside looking in by zero fault of their own.

If you have xy chromosomes you’re simply a man with under developed genitalia. I feel bad for that man because most of them don’t know it. But it doesn’t change the fact

That was your claim. Did you not know she had a Y chromosome or were you simply lying?

And yes someone with XY chromosomes is a male.

It’s not easy but they shouldn’t be able to compete. Life deals a lot of people bad hands. Be self aware and find something else to do.

Yeah, I truly feel for the people who expect to have a period, go to the doctor because they do and then find out they’re men.

It’s insanely rare, but it’s still insanely sad.

But having a really sad backstory, shouldn’t be considered in this decision

I’m pretty sure the people we are talking about don’t simply have elevated test levels but are actual biological males.

I agree it’s not cheating nor their fault. But I also don’t think they should be allowed to compete with women

They didn’t ask for this. They didn’t one day decide this. They were handed this.

Every man has both chromosomes. They’re welcome to compete with other men.

Edit: I’ll add this. What you’re thinking of is XXY. That’s called klinefelters and those people are men. I also don’t believe that scenario applies to any of the athletes in question. Those people overwhelmingly are viewed as men from birth. Why? Because the Y, not the X is defining chromosome of sex. It’s presence or absence determines biological sex

The specific one Nash and I were talking about is XY

We actually don't know that, we know one guy implied that and then everyone afterward said it was a testosterone test (or an unspecified "generally accepted" test)
