The Roger Stone Trial

Sure they would have, but obviously we will never settle that debate.
What we do know is that they had congressmen discussing it prior to the election.
What we do know is that the right had a greater irrational hatred of Hillary than the left does of Trump.
How do we know the right's hatred of Hillary is more irrational than the left's hatred of Trump? Because that's your opinion? Your opinions aren't facts.

I have repeatedly said that had Hillary won, the right's reaction to her would have been far more drastic than the left's reaction to Trump. They were planning impeachment prior to the election. I fully expected the right to treat Hillary far worse than the left has treated Trump. A large portion of the right has a viscous hatred of Hillary.
I have also stated, that if anyone ever believes about a candidate as I believe about Trump, they have an obligation to do all within their power to see the person removed from office.
I have never felt that way about any candidate other than Trump and guess that I never will again.
No matter who is elected president, there will be a segment of people that so "despise" the person that they will look for any and every way to obstruct and remove.
That has always been and will always be the case.
The difference (and the only one that truly matters) is if that segment represents 2%, 12%, 30%, 45%, or 60% of the population.
I said from day one it was all about critical mass. Trump understood that also. By keeping the 36 percenters in lock step, Trump has been able to keep the anti-Trump sentiment just a hair short of critical mass.
You pull numbers out of your ass, luther. I can't take you seriously when you so obviously create a narrative not based in facts.

I'm sure it was discussed prior to election but it would have never happened. 4 years of Hillary would have ensured a large majority in both chambers of congress, it's one reason there were so many establishment Rs upset that Trump won.
That sounds like the fairy tale dreams of a little girl taking her afternoon nap. (Tag McDad)
You must be nuts.....
Trump News (the plane from the beginning) would have been rallying full blown revolt. Screaming election tampering and invalid results. Fox and Trump news would have circled so far down the sewer looking for that lucrative least common denominator that the whole right wing would been stockpiling for Armageddon.
There would have been articles of impeachment within the first 12 months.

How do you know? Excellent question.
Some opinions are more factual than others.
Pepperoni pizza is better than sausage pizza. (debatable opinion even though there is some support)
Slavery is wrong. (not so debatable of an opinion because it is supported by the collective wisdom and consciousness of society)

No there wouldn't have been.

You have no common sense when it comes to politics.

Do you honestly think you're winning arguments by spouting nonsense? If you don't have a legit answer, just admit you don't have a legit answer. It's better than the idiotic crap you throw against the wall. BTW, you don't speak for society. And you sure as hell are not tapped into the "collective wisdom".

A legit answer to an obviously rhetorical question? Give me a break.
Of course I don't speak for society, no individual does. And as far as being tapped into the "collective wisdom", I'm tapped in enough to know that it is anti-slavery and doesn't give a rip if one prefers pepperoni or sausage pizza.

Why should the right apologize for nominating a guy who won and is single-handedly destroying the Democratic party? Lol. I hope in 5 more years we nominate another one.

What destroying the Democratic Party looks like under Trump after the 2019 elections:
  • The House was 241-194 Republican after the 2016 election. Today, it’s effectively 235-199 Democratic.
  • Republicans held a historic 33-16 advantage in governor’s seats after the 2016 election. Today, it’s 26-24.
  • Republicans had a 32-14 advantage in state legislatures controlled after 2016. Today, it’s 30-19. (Some legislatures are split, with one party controlling one chamber, and the other party in a majority in the other.)
  • The GOP had total control over the governance of 24 states, vs. seven for Democrats. Today, it’s a much-closer 22-14.
  • Republicans had an advantage of 57 percent to 42 percent in nationwide state legislative seats after 2016. Today, that 15-point edge is trimmed to five, 52-47.
So much winning you get tired of it, right? After 4 more years of Trump the left will be so destroyed it will be running everything.

Not sure why people think this situation is good for anyone.
