Yes, unbroken means no pauses during each set of 50. I did 300 about 2 months ago, I did 10 sets of 30. After about the 5th or 6th set they were all broken. That was along with 200 air squats and 100 pull ups and ran 1 mile. Closest to dying I have ever come.

It's really a matter of building the size of initial burst you can do. Move that up to about 75 and the 50s aren't that brutal. I actually used to do more in 45 minutes but no longer see big value. I did these after 5 miles, which was not a great idea.

I never lift and run in the same day. Your glycogen stores are used up and your body starts using muscle for energy after about 45 min of either. Unless you wait anywhere from 6-8 hrs after.
 
2.4 miles. I can tell it has been a few weeks. The planter wart seems to be going away though.

You could do a mile and be safe depending on what the crossfit for the day was.
 
I knocked out 5 miles this morning.

Total is 192 or something close.
