It's really a matter of building the size of initial burst you can do. Move that up to about 75 and the 50s aren't that brutal. I actually used to do more in 45 minutes but no longer see big value. I did these after 5 miles, which was not a great idea.Yes, unbroken means no pauses during each set of 50. I did 300 about 2 months ago, I did 10 sets of 30. After about the 5th or 6th set they were all broken. That was along with 200 air squats and 100 pull ups and ran 1 mile. Closest to dying I have ever come.
