Badass.

My ankle didnt let me run, but did an utterly miserable interval workout on my elliptical.

Ankle pain sucks. Hope it gets better soon. Sure your not a fan of indoor wokouts.

If I have a good ballgame to watch, I do well, but if it's something else, I'd rather eat staples.

I did manage to purchase a new pair of running shoes yesterday, the weather has been so lousy here, put a kink in my plans.

New pair of Kayanos in the mail, but my foot is no good. I'm really thinking this bursitis might sideline me for a bit...hope it's just that and not a stress fracture. :(

The new kayano 17s felt a little bit looser than my last pair of 16s. I like them, KD. I don't think you'll be disappointed

I actually picked up some 16s online for $85 after an online coupon code. I have narrow feet, so tighter is good. I'm going to try an easy run with some metatarsal padding in a day or two...will report back. I was actually toying with the idea of doing the Knoxville half in April, but that's looking dicey right now. Not happy.

I think I'm gonna go to The Big Peach Running Co when I get off work tomorrow. It's down to The asics 2160's, the kayanos, or the broooks beasts. That could change once I get there.

5.5 this morn. Very uneventful again. Ankle still bothersome. Calves are sore because it has changed my running stroke a little.

150.5 total.

What kind of running do y'all usually do? Street, trail, parks or your neighborhood etc

All of the above. Neighborhood more than the rest, but not dramatically so.
