Just bought one off Buy.com. Made by Eforcity, with shipping it was a little under $5. Looked like it was made out of some soft cloth. Don't like to chafe, lulz! I would put up pic, but can't from work.

Not an issue for me, as I run in long sleeves year round. I find the wicking fabrics cooler than the sun on my skin.

My software tracks it. I went from LogYourRun to GPS MotionX, which does all that, tracks elevation and talks to me every minute and will tell me my pace in MPH or minutes / mile. I've put in many waypoints on the route and it will keep me pretty tight on pace.

And I stick to roughly 9 minute miles if I'm going over 4.

Still trying to rest...starting to wonder if my bursitis could be a stress fracture...sucks. Sorry for letting down the VN Runners!
 
Four miles yesterday but only ran 3. My nutrition has sucked the last couple of days so after about 2 miles I thought I was going to pass out. Finished out with a run/walk combo. 10 mile trail race on Saturday.

Past couple days my body is revolting. But that's probably because I've been a lazy bastage for a couple months. Brought the cycle today for lunch ride.
 
Not getting enough carbs?

not enough calories period. I did a 35-40 mile bike ride but only ate a protien shake for breakfast, tuna sammich for lunch and then salmon and veggies for dinner on Sunday. Lifted Monday morning and ate quinoa & banana for breakfast, protein shake, salad for lunch and muffin (cheated) in the afternoon cause I was hungry. Shouldve known that my run would be a disaster.
 
Would likely need an MRI to distinguish...I'm not there, yet. If no improvement in 2-3 weeks, I may go that route.

I know your a doc and all. MRI may be best for ruling out inflammation of the the bursa, but if your looking at bone, CT is a lot better than MRI. Especially the newer generation Scanners. You can reconstruct images as small as .5 mm. Can rule out small stress fx. Just my opinion.

Started eating Greek yogurt lately. Anyone else go there? Pretty low sugar, but really high protein. I do Chobani and Oikos. Any thoughts? Feel like I retain muscle better without really having to eat a load.

I have heard a lot about greek yogurt. I heard it taste like ass! Not familiar with chobani or Oikos. What is it?
