The Runner's thread

Got stuck doing 15 hour days, just had absolutely no energy. Finished yesterday, time to get back on track

Getting back slowly after doing very little running over the winter. Finished a marathon in October and had ITB/knee trouble ever since so I took most of the winter off. 6.5 miles this week.

Anyone here run in Hokas?

I've had a pair before

5 miles today. A little cold and windy. Getting back into the swing of things after so little running took a little adjusting. The first 2 miles were ROUGH.

6.2 miles today through the sandy trails and up and down the beach. Gorgeous views and man, loose sand really works your legs!

I'm a huge fan of the Bondi... I stocked up on Bondi 3's before they stopped selling them. I'm wondering if the 4 is different or not.

I ran in the 3s. I now have two pairs of the Bondi 4s. I like them the same and maybe even better than the 3s. And they have real tie laces.

Any drastic changes in the shoe? Is the arch support / mold and all that stuff generally the same?

Thanks!

3 last night with good hills. Struggled a little bit since we hiked Cloudland Canyon Sunday and there is 600 steps to the water falls. It wasn't fun on the way back up with my two and half year old on my back.

4 miles through the trails of First Landing. My legs just were dead today. Wanted six, but I failed.
