Why do you think I’m arguing with you. However once we decide who the hell we decide we want to let in our state butt the hell out with your opinions. I can promise there are several states that Texas looks at as invading more than Mexico right damn now.

The wall is permanent. A 3 year extension of DACA would expire before 10 percent of it was built.

And people are surprised the Dems said no?

The only way a deal along these lines would work is a permanent DACA fix, plus some other pathway programs, but the far right won't let Trump do it. They made him back out of such a deal once already.

whether you want the wall or not, It has been built over decades and it will continue to be built where needed. We're just haggling over timeframe. I guarantee that none of you will see a big beautiful wall in your lifetime though.

Screw the other pathway programs. The dreamers need legislation to actually provide a path to citizenship. But don’t paint this as Repubs neither side wants to fixit they’re worth more as a bargaining chip.

Oh no you don’t! I want a damn wall because I think it makes sense on the US-Mexico border plain and simple. I am not making the same argument on the US-Canada border.

I also want a damn safe third country agreement with Mexico just like we have with Canada. If they want asylum then give them asylum at their first opportunity in Mexico. Then get the hell in line to immigrate into the US. And I want eVerify mandatory for all US employment with stiff penalties on employers.

But to that specific fund no. Remember I am married to a Latina socialist. We have a mutually assured destruction clause on political donations. We give to several charities. Zero political causes.
