That's precisely my point. Had you understood the context and been aware of the full quote you'd stop looking foolish by foisting that she didn't care about the "how."
Read below, slowly. Then read it again. If the words are too hard, ask an adult for help.
See that? That's the missing "how."
You've tried to imply that she didn't care by dangling a popular anti hillary myth. As I stated before, now you're educated - you're welcome.
On a side note, the septic tank pictures are hilarious. I mean, not as hilarious as they were back in 2004 when I was giving you clowns ittty twisters. But still, very clever.
I think the opportunity that the Dems missed here was offering to support a bill that would separately fund the military and CHIPs. Offer to decouple those two things from the rest of the process. Those were the two points the GOP used to try to put this on the Dems, and they could have said they'd vote for them separately and bargain from there. That would have turned those points back on the GOP.

Lol. Youre worse than looter when it comes to spinning.
Were you born south of the border and do you speak English as a second language? The bolded section youre hinging your argument on has nothing to do with - how -. Its an appeasement to avoid the truth, and it has yet to this day to be adequately investigated and answered.
Her prior comments appealed to how, with a snarky, framed retort about, who cares at this point... was it some drunk, or was it a planned, orchestrated event?. (My words, of course, but practically what occurred)
Do you understand now, or does Dr. Pumper need to make another visit?
Even if it's a bad job?
