I still think Vols could beat them. Not with Ohio State playing like this…I don’t think any team will beat them if they keep playing at this level.

But if they brought their B-Game and we brought our A? I think we definitely could beat them.

Not sure UGA and Kirby even win tomorrow, I have a feeling ND beats them and all 4 top seeds and byes get beat in the CFP. UGA can play with anyone, but they can also lose to anyone. Got punked by Ole Piss and Bama shouldn’t have taken their foot off the gas and they would have won that one going away. Of course after watching OSU tonight, they keep playing like they are and there is no one in CFP that can beat them and that includes UGA. OSU could have beaten us and Oregon much worse than they even did.

Notre Dame has also shown some weakness this year as well. No idea on that game. I do think Georgia’s defense is the best unit overall in that game; their secondary was suspect early in the year but I think they’ve looked much better. I think it will be difficult for ND to score.

We didn't host a playoff game because of the f**ked up system for a playoff these jackasses came up with. If they had simply seeded the teams as they were ranked, we would have had SMU at Neyland in the first round. Instead, we drew a buzzsaw at their place, at night.

But that goes against your narrative of "anything but perfection sucks", so carry on.

Yes, I'll admit OSU is good. I watched it with my own two eyes.

I also listened to their fans talking about how they are going to beat Oregon too when it was 21-0 in the first quarter.

Embarrassing loss, I don't care who it was. The Vols need to make some pretty dramatic improvements, or they will always be the bridesmaid but never the bride.

The game today changes absolutely nothing in terms of my concerns for OUR program! I don't give a rip that OSU throttled Oregon. I only care that they throttled us like we didn't belong (and we didnt) and what CJH and staff plan to do to narrow that wide of a talent gap. Feeling better about ourselves just because Oregon got whipped too is a simp mentality.

Not so sure about that. This is the same UGA team that needed multiple OT’s to beat a GA Tech team that got punked by Candy. Plus who knows how good Stockton is. He might be good or he might end up a joke and UGA offense isn’t all that impressive either. I hate Notre Dame but this isn’t the same UGA team from the past 5 years or so. Their offense is ho hum and their defense isn’t anything to write home about. Should be a good game all around.
