That's my understanding. GA had a similar system called "The County Unit System" that was ruled unconstitutional. If it's not, and it's such a grand idea, then why do states not implement it? You know there are states all over that have one or two big metro areas and the rural counties would love nothing better than to have an electoral college type system. Most states (just guessing here) probably have 75% of the population living in 5% of the counties.

I hope that everyone who gets offended by the kneelers or people "disrespecting" the Anthem are intellectually consistent enough to admire the nationalism found in other countries, but ironically......

OMG, I got that part. Why are you saying it to me? I am already aware that little babies are taking offense to it. This is not news to me. This is the point I've been making. These sissy little nancies can't even stomach a neutral position so they lump everybody in with the people that made them cry.

I honestly don't care although it is making football less fun bc you can't get info on your team.... it's whether these morons are going to kneel or not........

Well, I guess I can't take TOO much credit for correctly predicting Trump trying to take the spotlight back since I actually UNDERESTIMATED just how much of a douche he'd be about it.

Instead of congratulating Pence for leaving, he actually tweeted that it WAS HIS IDEA!!

His narcissism knows no bounds.

Yup. Said he told him to leave if players knelt, which was obviously going to happen.

So Pence goes.

"What!? They knelt! I'm outraged!" (Releases prepared statement knowing it would happen)

Trump takes credit because he can't stand Pence getting attention.

My suspicion is that some significant portion of the people who originally sided with Trump on this issue are getting bored with it maybe some are realizing they got played by Trump on this one.

A growing sense of not wanting to repeatedly be suckered by the guy.

LOL, and now it is coming out that the press with Pence were told to stay in the vans, because they might leave the game early. They never went inside!

The whole thing was a setup, pre-planned, very expensive use of tax payer money, and just a completely ridiculous thing to do to make the same point for the thousandth time. What a joke this entire administration is.
