I was throwing out the triple double as a point of reference.

Austin Peay leads the nation in Quad doubles LOL

He's at Peay saw him this weekend at Murfreesboro scouting with his AP shirt on...Alot of people around there think he will be the one to replace dude there now...

Interesting. I'm surprised at that, considering how well Austin Peay usually does and how the UTM teams underachieved under Campbell.

add me... big $$$ plus some of the best facilities in the country... as long as the sanctions aren't too harsh, it shouldn't be too hard to find a decent coach! It will be difficult to out-recruit Pearl, but I would expect to see a new coach that is better at the Xs and Os...

Pearl kind of shot himself in the foot with recruiting. How do you go into a kid's home and explain to the parents why you asked a previous recruit and his dad to lie for you? I don't see that going well. But it's a moot point I guess as history shows Pearl will be lucky to ever coach at the college level again.

Don't add me.

Ut basketball was a joke before Pearl came here.

No matter what the next coach does, even if he makes it to the Final Four, he did it after Pearl finally kicked open the door for UT.

Pearl got TN basketball to place it never was in its entire history before him.

He broke some rules. I think all coaches do. He just got caught.

But anyone who wants to downplay what he did for UT basketball that no other coach ever did before him is just a dumb azz.

Pearl is a huge loss. He will be missed.
