The Walking Dead

Negan is still alive in the comics.

Yeah, though I'm going to bet that will be something they change for the show. Unless they really speed up the timeline to catch the comic, there's no way the show will last at the current pace to even catch up to where the comic is now. Plus the comic has no end game in sight.

Who is/was more of a savage...Ramsey Bolton or Negan?

Negan bashed in the heads of two men who helped kill several of his people. Ramsey hunted innocent girls for sport and set starving dogs on his newborn brother...so far it's a rout. :ermm:

Geeesh. I just came over here to get average reactions but some of you dig into this way more than I ever imagined. (Not saying your wrong for doing so) I just enjoy the show and not worry about the ins and outs of every move. I'll just continue doing that with Vol football.
I do enjoy some of the more detailed aspects y'all bring forth though

Lol, dude it's just like the football forum. Some happy with a good product, and some were never going to be happy with that particular product.

The same ones who complain about the show as is, complain about different theories put forth, complain about being lazy and follow the comic too much, then complain if it deviates from the comics.

It's literally sunshine walkers and negadeads. with a few " I'd like to see more of this but all in all, I'm satisfied" spread between the two.

Nevermind, not even worth it.

Negan's got a lot of unspeakable ground to cover before he enters the conversation with Ramsay

Kirkman is such a boring, unoriginal, fat f***. All that dicking around with Glenn in season 6 with the near misses and the dumpster death tease all just to bash his skull in just to ultimately fall in line with the comic book. JFC! It would have been so much more impactful to the audience to have killed him at the dumpster. I'd be pissed if I was Steven Yeun.

The Governor > Negan

I don't know that it was Kirkman's decision to do the dumpster thing.

And not that I disagree with you but I could see all the Glenn teases as an attempt to make the casual audience think Glenn was safe.

So, any thoughts about the Kingdom and how it will impact Negan?
Are these two sites/people already at war with each other?
does Morgan and Carol come to Ricks aid to help defeat Negan and also save Daryl?

Never understood why Glenn almost getting killed meant that he shouldn't be the one to get killed by Negan.

What does the dumpster scene have to do with Negan killing Glenn with a baseball bat in the next season?

It's like this. There's always going to be critics in sports, tv shows, movies, etc. Personally I think The Walking Dead gave the audience enough shock value by killing Abe THEN Glenn. Considering a lot fans never even read the comics, they would assume that Glenn would be safe from Lucille considering he's escaped death plenty of times. A lot of them probably thought Abe was the only one to die in the premiere.

I've always thought he's had too many brushes with death to make it much longer. I'm sure I'll get ripped because I don't read the comics and follow them like some do, that's just how I felt. Like he was cat with 9 lives, and he finally hit that 9th life lol

Yeun said that he would have felt cheated if he hadn't received that ending.

I'm guessing he didn't mean literally...looks like a very rough way to go.

Maybe in addition to the quote and like buttons, we could add a Lucille button.
I can think of a few that deserve to be Lucilled much more than Glenn/Abraham (in VN, not TWD)

You seem like a real violent person.

Dang. I don't agree with some things that folks post but I wouldn't want it carried that far lol

Abraham was killed much earlier in the comic books. apparently the comic writer regretted the how abraham died so the writers of the tv show wanted to give abraham a better death. i thought it was a good plot to kill both, no one saw that coming. it will be interesting to see how long they keep kegan in the story.

Would somebody give me a quick lesson on who the groups are? I know Alexandria. Is Negan's group called something? Who is Jesus with? I don't know anything about the comics other than what you guys mention. And I don't always catch a reference in the show. Saviors, Hilltop, Kingdom...are all of those groups and are they good or bad?
