The jack3d & muscle milk are the only things worth having. You got ripped on the rest. Get rid of the rest & get some plain creatine mono for pre & post workout.

I ran out of my multi and haven't reordered, but I normally take ON Opti-men, but have been looking at Allmax vitastack.

Nah I was being serious.

Nice lil collection of supps. I've never tried any of those. I've had the glutamine ON powdered before though and I do take Nature Made Fish Oil (Wal Mart has this brand), Glucosamine, Biotin, One A Day Men's Multi, and Apple Cider Vinegar.
 
I haven't done a squat since I played football. I just do a couple machines for legs because I hate doing legs and it makes me want to throw up.
 
I'll get close to puking and then I'll puss out and lower the intensity. Never actually puked. Some times I hate myself.

The other day, I finished and was sitting on a couch fighting it and waiting for my girl to finish her workout. She finishes and comes and collapses right on my stomach. I just gave in and let it happen after that.
