I'm out of my area of expertise when it comes to supplements, but I think most powders derive their protein primarily from milk.
I may try that Compound 20. It's kinda pricey, though. Anything I should stack it with? I don't buy losing weight on it without a diet, but maybe I'll try it with my diet and see.
I'm halfway through a bottle and I'm really starting to see results. First 14 days I thought I got ripped off, nothing happened. Now I stay pumped all day. Abs look great. Love handles gone. Major definition in my legs.
Also, I don't know how much longer I can drink this apple cider vinegar crap. I don't even believe in holistic medicine. Couldn't I just get a pill that has acetic acid in it? lol
